Grilled Fish with Cumin


Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb. whole fish
Marinade:
1/3 c. olive oil
salt
black pepper
1 t. cumin
1 t. red pepper

1.  Wash and dry the fish.  Cut 3 or 4 deep diagonal slits on each side of the fish.

2.  Combine the marinade ingredients and rub them into the skin, slits, and belly of the fish.  Marinate for at least 2 hours, or cover and refrigerate overnight.

3.  Grill over charcoal or oven broil.
