4 eggs 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf-shaped pan. 2. Cream the eggs with the butter and vanilla. Add the milk. Gradually add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon. Blend until smooth, then stir in the dates and the nuts. Spread the batter in the pan. 3.
