1 head cauliflower, broken into florets 1. Steam the cauliflower in salted water until crispy-tender. 2. Toss the cooked vegetables with the tomatoes, parsley, and the dressing. Arrange on a platter and garnish with parsley and red pepper. Tahini Dressing Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, crushed with salt 1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, cover, and shake to blend.
